The space was exactly as described in its listing. Beautifully decorated, cozy, and so comfy. Charlie was responsive and helpful when I had questions about anything. Definitely a place I would be happy to stay at again!

Would highly recommend this airbnb! Charles was always very responsive, kind, and accommodated us arriving early. The space was stylish and very comfortable. We loved being within walking distance of several great food places and areas of interest. Hope to stay again in the future!

Charles was the perfect host, a the space was nothing short of amazing! Everything was even BETTER than pictured. The hot tub was truly relaxing, the bathroom was luxurious, and the main space was cozy and spacious. It was so hard for us to leave each time we had to go somewhere because we loved the space so much. There was lots to do in the immediate area, and everything was within walking distance! Thank you Charles, for making us feel right at home!

We had a wonderful stay at Roof Terrace Oasis (aka Charlie’s Place) in Savannah, GA! The home was extremely clean and looked exactly like it did in the listing — no surprises, just as described. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared for us. We especially appreciated how responsive Charlie was throughout our stay. Even while he was out of the country, he remained highly communicative and easy to reach. When we mentioned a small issue with the air conditioning, he had a service technician respond immediately, which really impressed us and made us feel taken care of. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing first time in Savannah. Charlie was very responsive and gave detailed instructions on check in and check out that made everything a breeze. The "Library" was very cozy and inviting. Everything you could and would need is supplied. The space was clean with convenient street side parking. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Savannah.

This little apartment was so cozy and we loved the impressionistic photography on the walls! It was very clean and the location was close to downtown which was nice and easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Hot tub was worth it as well! Our host was very friendly and responsive and we would definitely recommend this spot for any couple visiting savannah 😀
